Coverage

Every wedding is different; the people, the locations, the time of year......even the weather!  Whatever your requirements are it is my duty to fit in with them and capture your big day.... not to be intrusive and effect your day.

Planning is of paramount importance and I pride myself in the preparations I undertake in the weeks leading up to the big day.  I take great care to research all locations and report back to you with my chosen photographic hotspots to ask for your approval.

I do not charge for my time regardless of how long I spend photographing your wedding. All the time I am there I will be taking pictures which will be available for you to choose. The only exception to this is for travelling expenses if the locations are more than a 50 mile round trip from my base.

If requested I will firstly attend the bride's home to photograph some of the preparations. Then it is off to the wedding location to capture the arrivals of the groom and best man, the guests, bridesmaids and finally the bride and father.

During the ceremony, officials permitting, I will take shots of the key points and also capture the ambience of the chosen location.

With all the official business finished I will gather everyone outside, and if necessary on to the chosen location, to start the main body of formal and candid photographs. When all is completed we then depart for the reception location in order to complete the wedding coverage. I can if requested stay for the speeches and first dance.

Prices

A preview album containing small images, together with a disc of all photographs taken will be provided to you about 2 weeks after the event. From this you can choose 100 prints for the example price. These can be printed to 9" x 6" and a protective basic album will be included.

The number of prints you can order is not limited to 100; the example price is based upon 100 but prices above this number will increase roughly pro-rata. e.g. 120 prints will be £600.

All images taken during the day, after approval by the bride and groom, will be made available for viewing and purchase via my website. These will be password protected so that only your families and guests can access them. The codes will be distributed to your guests on the wedding day.

Upgraded Packages

Various enhancements can be made to the basic package.

• Top quality Italian Photo book containing as many images as you would like. This would be designed in close consultation with you. See www.graphistudio.com for more details.
• Top quality Italian hand-made album of your choice, together with an optional matching briefcase. See www.italianweddingalbums.com for choices available.
•  Prints can be finished to many different sizes, some smaller, some larger, in order to add originality to your finished album.
• A dvd of all high resolution and finished images is available either instead of a print package or in addition to.

The range of prices for these enhancements vary greatly due to the number of different permutations. I can let you have a better idea once we have discussed your requirements.
